My husband took this photo on the way to work. Seriously awesome.
Peggy Moffitt, Leon Bing, Ellen Harth for Rudi Gernreich
This video is absolutely fantastic. 60’s fashion by Rudi Gernreich at its best.
I love how Peggy Moffitt still dresses like this. My husband and I were just discussing how it’s like “hey the 60’s were my era, and I know it… and I still want to live it.” She still looks glamourous and mod even though she’s 70 this year.
Summer dresses
I love all of these dresses (all found at Creatures of Comfort, which is having a major sale).

Vintage find: Bruno Magli slingbacks
This is one of my best Ebay scores. I got these for about $12 (for Bruno Magli -a steal) on Ebay a few years ago and they are seriously the cutest little vintage party shoes. I rarely get to bust them out, but today I remembered them and wore them to a business meeting with a dove grey blouse and jeans, because… well, why not? Los Angeles has been all gloomy for almost two weeks now, so some little metallic polka dot bows on my feet make me feel a little more cheerful.
Vintage find: Sears Com/Trek IV
Found this sexy thang at a thrift store yesterday. I’m in love. It works like a dream, it’s portable, there’s a place to stick earphones in (which kind of cracks me up), and you could stick batteries in it and take it to the park. Oh yeah, and it’s covered in faux woodgrain and metal.
Etsy pick: Paper creatures
Lots of these little creations in the Essimar shop. I think they’d be great in little frames for a child’s room.
