The costumes in this video are amazing. This was directed by the Glue Society, and the track itself was produced on a Nintendo DSi!

Swimsuit that is… found a great deal on this fun vintage swimsuit on Etsy about a month or so ago, and had to buy it. Love the graphic droplets that almost look like little ghosts flying around. It’s a little psychedelic, but I like it.
Dear Consuelo,
Despite the oddly styled model (who looks a lot like a younger Alanis Morisette); shants; and unreasonably high pockets, I find myself loving everything you do for Marni, including this collection.
XOXO,
Christie
I have always found it amusing when a bowl or glass is labeled for a specific item like “chips” or “whiskey”. I generally shy away from buying things with such labels because I feel restricted by my own desire to follow the label’s specifications to only use this bowl for chips or that glass for whiskey.
That being said, I still absolutely love these types of containers- mostly for the typography, whether it be goofy or tasteful.

I absolutely love these photos by Mark Mawson. Almost as jellyfish, the substances captured underwater take on a life of their own.

“Original papercut design, intricately cut and depicting several popular motifs including ballet dancers, windmill men with heart-shaped windows, pierrots, Ole Lukoie or sandmen, flower garlands, palm trees, storks, and gnomes [..and dated] 1870.” Recently sold at a Christie’s auction for $24,000.

I absolutely love Renilde’s needlework. It so precise and yet casual in a way. I emailed her to let her know how much I liked her work and asked her about her training and she said that she is a self-tought needleworker, but she learned weaving and silkscreening in a workshop. I love embroidery but am quite an amateur still, so this is very inspiring.
