This line is perfectly simple.  I love it. Some styles are in both the men’s and women’s sections, which is great.

So… definitely my top two favourite collections so far are Proenza Schouler and Lanvin;  Lanvin for its decadence (recession, what recession?) and Proenza for its wearability and simplicity..

I admit, I can’t recall the last time I bought a new swimsuit.  I love vintage swimwear because of the modest, flattering cuts, as well as the patterns.  However there are a few new swimsuit styles that I really like so far this season (ones that more than nod to styles of the past).

For guys and gals alike this is a lovely messenger bag.  It will hurt the ol’ pocket book though.

I love this shop, and can’t believe I’ve never posted it before.  I’m especially loving this stacking stud ring which is just adorable, and these necklaces which are super bad-ass.

Just some things I like…

I found this slim bow tie and this lovely sweater. The sweater is loosely crocheted mohair alternating with crocheted satin, with the satin crochet comprising the neckline and border as well.  It reminds me of a more traditional version of what Rodarte has been doing lately- very delicate and feminine.

My sweet husband bought me these boots that I had my eye on from Urban Outfitters as an early Christmas present.  It was so hard to find such simple flat boots for under $300!  They may not be the most weather-hardy, but are great for this LA mild winter!
